Well, here's us like fools worrying about the garish and scruffy appearance of quite a few local shops- now it appears some can't even be bothered to get the basics of food hygiene right- including washing their hands! What i can't understand is why it not compulsory to display your rating on the door then people could avoid them.yes i would rather have another empty shop than one that might give me e-coli!

I think it was Rip Off Britain on BBC1 this month that talked about how many shops fake their hygiene rating sticker!
