Hi,
I am thinking of buying a wedding dress from Ring O Roses on Kirkdale and would be interested to hear from other people whether you would recommend this shop for fittings / friendliness etc.
Thank you!

Ring O Roses wedding dresses
I bought my wedding dress from Ring O Roses, and the service was OK. Some of the staff are rude (which I think is unforgivable as you are probably spending more money on a dress than any other item of clothing you've ever bought!), but some are OK. The fitters on the other hand were really nice. They have weird rules about when you can go in to try dresses on, if you don't want to be made to feel like you've committed a terrible crime, for heaven's sake don't dare ask to try your dress on twice on a Saturday... good luck!
My friend got her wedding dress from their recently, and I went with her. I have to say the staff were most unfriendly, we were most shocked. My friend still got her dress from there though. As far as I can remember once she got her dress, fittings were only done in the week, and she couldn't collect her dress at the weekend, so it meant she had to have time off work. The lady that did the fittings was lovely though. They have got a good selection of dresses, so don't let me put you off. Just be prepared for that warm welcome...not! Good luck.
I had seen the dress i wanted in Lakeside Confetti & Lace so I decided to support my local community and buy it from ring o roses, went there for a fitting ended up having to share a dressing room with 5 others which i wasn't happy about and was served by the rudest person I have ever met, was really unhappy with the service so decided would rather not support the local community!!! i was so upset as it was a really expensive dress and felt they treated me as if I was buying a pack of sweets! honestly go somewhere else you want to have a little special treatment when buying probably the most expensive dress you will ever buy.
