Local residents are the first to note their local problems - and we come free.; Street light not working - photo of number on the lamp post: graffiti - photo of where and date; fly-tipping - likewise and send to LBL's website.
It maybe a boring comment but residents are the eyes of the council. Let us all help to identify the unpleasant sites in our local communities - maybe we CAN really make a difference
