Zanzibar and its license appeal

Anyone know how to find out when Zanizbar's appeal against the removal of its license is/was and what the outcome is/was?

I seem to remember reading somewhere that its appeal was due in July and that until the appeal it could continue running and putting on events. I know it has continued to do so because there have been several Big Fish Little Fish family events on Sunday afternoons.
