The hoarding has sold signs across it this evening....what next I wonder?

I thought this was going to be new flats etc? This has been going on a bit long hasn't it?

This site appears to be under construction now....I have seen through a gap in the new blue hoardings that there is activity on the site and looks like it is being flattened ready for foundations?
Anyone know what the timescales are and what in actual fact it is going to be?
I take it the approved flats got the nod?

Big activity on this site then. Digging in some serious foundations. Good to see it underway finally and that the gap in the front row of the high st teeth will be filled.
Delighted to not see a tiger on the blue hoardings...
