Just seen a 1/2 bedroom flat in Sydenham on the programme.

Trying to locate the road . Could be Newlands Park or Wiverton or Byne , however could be another road.

Anyone else see it

There have been a few. One of the agents from PropertyWorld in Sydenham (Dan) gave valuations

The last one I saw had 57 Crystal Palace Park Road on it. All built for the staff of the then German Embassy.

It was Byne Road. The road looked lovely, and that house (and those houses on the Road) are very pleasant late Victorian houses (I would guess 1890s)....

I thought it was Byne or Wiverton. Yes nice roads except for the number of parked cars

I think you are correct mid to late Victorian
