Romeo and Michele of much loved brother/sister harmony rock n roll combo “The Magic Numbers” in a rare performance in the unique and intimate surroundings of St Bartholomew’s Church. We are delighted to be welcoming the Stodarts and Salford singing sensation Ren Harvieu to the festival.
Romeo and Ren perform material from their respective back catalogues, debuting absolute gems from their recent songwriting partnership and a few interesting reinterpretations of some choice classics.
Over a decade since The Magic Numbers landed in the top ten with their self titled Mercury nominated double-platinum-selling debut album, Michele Stodart has taken temporary leave of the band she formed with her brother Romeo, to work on her second solo album, Pieces, released on 8 July. Pieces confirms Michele has turned into an artist whose work bears strong comparison to some of the touchstone songwriters that helped shape her own outlook.
