Newlands Park

Hello. I wonder if anyone has already complained about the amount of Grafitti in Newlands Park. It looks very ugly and spoils an otherwise nicely kept park. I see someone well-meaning has tried to start growning some ivy to cover part of it which is comendable but it does look a state.

Its annoying, isnt it. I have some on my back gate which I keep meaning to repaint (that'll be the 3rd time in 2years). I think that most of us will take care to remove the grafitti from our own property, and it would be nice if Lewisham did the same to the public areas.

I'm sure they had a 'Grafitti hotline' at some point, but I don't know the details or whether it still exists
