Building next to new Sainsburys local

Does anybody know what this building will be to the left of the old Greyhound Pub? I was hoping it was also going to be part of the new Sainsbury's Local but it doesn't look like it is.

Also does anybody know the latest update on The Greyhound?

I think you mean to the right of the Greyhound, but there is a lot of chat about The Greyhound, Sainsbury and the vacant unit in the sticky thread
