Thought I'd pass on a tip for a builder / decorator I found through ratedpeople.com:
Company is International Builders, contact name is Anthony on 07846 486188. They're based in Catford. They do most general building work.
They've just removed and fitted my old living room ceiling & were the only company who quoted who suggested fitting spotlights at no extra fitting cost (just the lights themselves).
So I've got a nice shiny new ceiling, a bathroom ceiling replastered and some minor electrical work done - all have which have helped get me through a survey (I'm selling my flat). And all for a very reasonable price and with excellent customer care.
