Can you recommend a good removals firm or man & van?

We're moving house soon and are looking for a good removals firm in the Sydenham area. A man & van service would be fine too, providing it's someone who is helpful and happy to assisit with the moving of the furniture too (had very mixed experience of this before!) Does anyone have any recommendations?

Had a look around the forum but couldn't find a similar post, though point me in the right direction if I've missed one!
