Friends of Alexandra Park / Cator Park

Hi I went to a meeting about forming a friends of Alexandra / CatorPark a week or so ago and wondered if any one had received any feedback from it?

Hi, I live in Maitland road and was unaware of any meeting. How was one notified about the meeting and where was it held? By the way we do come under SE26!

Details of the meeting were posted around the park. About 25 or so people from the area turned up. Most people were concerned that the park was going downhill - there was mention of the grafitti, lack of bins, gates to the paddling pool being broken and the burnt bench to name but a few. There is going to be a follow up meeting but I'm not sure when that will be will let you know when I do!
