Haven and Rookstone development. (LP triangle)

Post by I hammer »

Does anyone know current status of this property development?
The current look of it, is getting on my nerves. (I walk past it every day).

As I understand, the original application of 107 units is under appeal.....does anyone know how it went /is going...or hopefully, when the alternative plan for 40+ units will go ahead......and more importantly when ?

I'm referring to the site of the 2 previous Sally Ann buildings...close to the Tennis Club.
