Have you tried <Abebooks>? They currently have a copy, at £8.

Core, this book is in pristine condition! :o It looks like it's never been opened or handled in any way... Not even the cover has any signs of wear, nor microscopic marks of any kind. It's like the book has been suspended in mid-air from the ceiling via a piece of string, inside a vacuum-tight room, ever since it was first published--the condition is that good! :)
