yes, I saw this, but thought it was a shame that they didn't mention the London Glider Cider who have been doing this since 2010.
I did contact them (London Glider) to see if they were interested in some kind of franchise, or expansion into South East London, a couple of years ago, but things fell by the way side. I've tried something similar myself, and am always happy to take spare apples from people in exchange for a bottle or two of the finished cider...
