Graffiti at Sydenham station

The graffiti opposite the southbound platform at Sydenham station has reappeared yet again.

This time Network Rail has declined my request to remove it. Perhaps that's fair enough, as it takes time and money to get rid of it, and there are plenty of idiots who like nothing more than a blank canvas on our railways.
