I went to this.
The charge of £50 for four hours for using the former bowls green, with associated kitchen and toilets, is incredibly good value for non commercial community use - so birthday parties and other events. There will also be some commercial events, but these will be limited so that ordinary people will not be priced out, and revenue from them will be directed towards Mayow Park itself.
