I used to be quite active on here three or four years ago, but I kinda took an enforced break..... nothing to do with anyone here, more to do about what I was saying, and who else was seeing it lol

That all sounds very mysterious and controversial, the details are far more mundane and boring

Suffice to say, if you do a search for my previous posts, you will find things like chess, the Eurovision Song Contest, astrology, the serious lack of chicken shops in the area <<insert sarky grin>> and lager.

Oh yes. Lager. There is no argument or difference of opinion that cannot be watered down into something less hostile by the addition of a pint of purple beer (I like a bit of blackcurrant in mine) in a local drinking establishment.

I remember the suggestions of playing chess, but I gave up decades ago, and when I tried playing again about ten years ago, it was just grim, grinding our boring draws ...
