Is anyone able to recommend a cleaner in the local area? We are looking for someone who is able to come in for a couple of hours every 2 weeks or so.

I'd really like to find a zumba class, does anyone know of one locally? I have looked at the Bridge, LA Fitness and Crystal Palace sports centre but no luck. or any other suggestions of 'fun' evening fitness classes?

oh no, such a shame that they have gone! the meat was excellent quality and great value- I was going to go this weekend to see if they had any venison in. Such a shame, i can't bear Sainsburys and don't want to be ripped off at William Rose. Will have to try the one in Penge.
