That website states that bus lanes must be "fully signed throughout their length". I'm pretty sure that even 24hr bus lanes have a sign saying "at anytime" and whether taxis, cycles may use it. Has anyone found a sign indicating the times/permissions for the new bus lane on Kirkdale? I've been past a few times recently and haven't yet managed to spot one, although I may just be unobservant!
