I have been living in Sydenham for about a year and am quite keen to join up with a local amdram or theatre group. Does anyone know if there are any running in Sydenham?

Planned building work on Kirkdale
Hi,
I am looking to buy property in Sydenham and recently saw a lovely place on Kirkdale (number 117) but it looks as though the bottom floor is boarded up with building work due to begin soon. Does anyone know what they are planning on building there?
