Basically back in the days of lovely Estates etc, restrictive covenants were put on land. Many properties are subject to them, the majority are obsolete, but some are not. The Cator Estate is one such "beneficiary" that still actively deals with enforcing its restrictive covenants.

I walked past that way at 6.15am this morning and it was still there, but covered in police stickers / tickets blah blah....all very good - but they need to MOVE it!!

I don't know for sure but think they were the friends and family of the poor school boy who was murdered (stabbed) as he fled through Home Pk and died in the chicken shop opposite the park a few years ago.

I live by the upholsterers and it is actually an active shop, albeit it may not seem so from the outside. I have now become somewhat obsessed by trying to guess the location of the bar...cannot think where. I thought potentially Kent House Rd too, but perhaps not. Just can't think where there is a ...
