More bad news, sorry. 6 dogs were stolen from a dog walker's van at 2.30pm today, thursday 18th on Kemble Road SE23.
A man grabbed dogs as walker was loading and made off in a black transporter van, partial reg: LF13

It seems Westwood Hill SE26 was formerly known as West Hill. There are still a number of large houses on this road but it looks like number 63 was replaced with a block of flats.

I think you're right Bensonby, it would be very hard to get it declared a dangerous dog, but I it may well be possible to prove that the dog is dangerously out of control which is an offence in itself?

Hmm, good point, I will look into it. I believe the law states that you should have your dog under control which he clearly doesn't. To be continued...!
