Did have a bit of 'water hammer' recently but sussed out the problem.

Can anybody recommend a hotel/b&b near Sydenham/Penge/Dulwich/CP ?

I tried to book the Melrose hotel in Penge but it is fully booked.

Please don't say the 'Astra' .... that place send's a shiver down my spine whenver I go past it ...... It look's shocking.

I agree with everything you have said there GT ..... it's such a shame as the potential is fantastic. This isn't about making a fast buck on our properties and saying 'Ha ha look where we live' it's about walking out your front door and being proud of your high st and having a spring in your step.

my girlfriend goes to a class in the Church hall at the bottom of newlands Park .. Penge East station area.... she say's the instructor is good. She is doing pregnancy yoga but i think there are other classes. It's on a Wed night.I will get a number for you.
