Would have been my Great Gran Evelyn prob as my nan Doris, was only there a short while,. Was extended Family living there, Great Nan Evelyn, Grandad Bob, my dad Bob and mum Gladys and me (Alan), was moved out to Grove Park in 1959.

Family lived just round the corner in 80 Porthcawe Road, but know my aunt Cis (Florence Stevens, nee Humphries) lived there, not sure of the number tho

Census is available free at NA , but terminals can only be booked for an hour, and they are being quite strict on this at the moment. Also 1911 Census not available by subscription till later in the year.

I was born in 80 Porhtcawe road, but don't remember thast much about it, My mother says it was on the corner of Porthcawe and Relinque, although I don't know which corner. But do know that by 1957 the upstairs was absolutetly uninhabitabe.

Anyone know anything about the history of this road in Lower Sydenham. My family lived at number 80 from the early 1900s till 1959.
