Hi - does anyone know of a karate or judo class? Have a 3 year old son with a lot of energy to channel! :o) Eczema so swimming classes not too good, so thought we might try this. In Sydenham Hill, have heard there is a karate class around here somewhere...

hi - used instructor from bottom of crystal palace - Quality Cars? - based opposite Auckland Surgery on Auckland Road, husband and wife. I had wife, Nicky, really really lovely. Would highly recommend.
