Tried somewhere in Forest Hill and really wasn't happy. Want someone who is experienced and knows what they are doing!

New to the area and want to do a bit of cycling before winter is upon us! What are the routes like in CPp? I've got a road bike.. Any other suggestions re cycle routes are welcome!

Hi there, moving to Sydenham at the end of the month! Just wanted to check what best way (via public transport) to get to Heathrow is. Few options so I thought best to ask those in the know! Is driving there a there a total no no traffic wise?
