Re: Sushi of Sydenham
I tried out hibagon the other day and and thought the food good but pricey! edo in crystal palace offers much better value. Shame, as I'd love to frequent it regularly. Instead, I think it'll be the odd treat.

Re: Mayow Road vet
I use Mayow for my two cats. I don't know about them being expensive, I thought it was standard rates. But, I've never felt rushed when I'm there. The vets take their time, answer questions and are very helpful!

Re: Crystal Palace Sports Centre closed for Olympics
This is not at all surprising. I was a member there for a few years but quit twice for similar rubbish (classes cancelled or moved, terrible communication with members, broken machines, long queues, etc... etc..)
Can't believe you are paying £50 though, I was paying about £30 and when they were ...

Very very cool. I like Annie's suggestion too. Maybe you could get some local kids involved. Where I grew up there was a community built playground and the kids of families that donated got to paint their own tiles for a ceramic wall http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_jD5_8eCPrHg/SnY88WywGqI/AAAAAAAALpY ...
