Agree. Sydenham as safe as anywhere. I actualy find it a very safe area to live in. Simply stay street wise as we must in a large city. Sydenham on the up so they say,starting to show,so yes. Move in.

Exactly the same staff as has been there for years,they simply rotate managers and re brand the name. I have been out back,upstairs and yard.Trust me,see all of that then tell me you enjoyed it.Love a curry,but when you see where it comes from,no thanks. And yes i agree. SLEAZY.

Has been a problem for a number of years.Reported to environmental health etc in the past,but the ratty problem recurs,especially in warmer weather. I believe it's to do with yard cleanliness,and nothing to do with restaurant itself. Anyhow it keeps the cats busy.

Yes very nice,but still a rat trap to the rear. I know having lived next to it,they are nearly as big as cats.

Completely agree,i'ts a complete mess,undoubtedly more congestion.

140 Intewriors will be closing it's doors for trading,as of the 23rd of February. Most of the big pieces have gone,but there are still quite a lot of cheap items to choose from.May be worth that last visit. Many thanks.

I feel sorry for the contractor. It would be a fair bet to guess that all the choping and changing has swallowed up their profit. As i say,it is now an eye sore.Architectulary it does not work,but heh ho i'm sure Sydenham will get it's Greyhound back.

A great example of too many cooks spoil the broth.Pull it down,what was once a very desirable premises,now looks simply stupid.

Went up the street for a haircut this morning,slipping and sliding along,until i got up as far as Mayo. What joy,clear sanded pavements. I guess the lower end is still seen as Basra Row and we dont deserve to be even considered when it comes to things like pavement sanding,or even decent ...

Open 10am until 17.30pm. Sorry we were closed,the relocation means that i have to travel down to Dorset when needs must.But should be open regular hours Tuesday - Saturday until we finaly close our doors,which is not far away.

Perhaps they have chickened out,seeing that pubs are closing everywhere.You would have to be very brave indeed to even consider it. Could you rely on the local community to put enough cash over the bar,to make it a viable business?????????
