What's the latest update on the 2 year project to add a new naff mosaic to the wrongly spelt Nabborhood center? Are the mosaic committee any closer to doing anything at all? The Olympic Park has been built quicker. In the meantime why can't it be cleaned and have the windows painted? is this beyond ...
