It may be part of 14 Sydenham Road or some number in Venner Road (but not #1 as that is some flats), I can't actually see a house number on the property. I've emailed the manager at Pedder ...

There is a garage in venner road, just behind the Pedder Estate agents office. If you're standing on Sydenham High Street looking down Venner Road it's on the immediate left just after the Pedder office but before the flats.
