Re: Doctors Booking Procedures
I have also been experiencing problems in getting an appointment to see a doctor. A few weeks back I tried to get a same day appointment for my toddler. I call at 8.00am but the line was engaged. I called repeatedly no less than 69 times until I finally managed to get beyond an engaged tone, only to ...

Re: Care Agencies
Hi there, I can't recommend an agency directly, but you could contact Lewisham Council adult social care and ask if they can provide you with a list of their preferred providers. You mother may benefit from being assessed by that department if she requires care services to support her in her home ...

Re: NEW OPENINGS, NEW CLOSINGS
My family and I ate there a few times and we really liked it. It was a family friendly place, reasonable space for pushchairs, high chairs available and we found the staff really went out of their way to welcome us and our baby. We always enjoyed the food and wine. It's a shame, as I personally don ...

Re: Electrician
Hi there, after getting the number for mike the electrician from this post I just wanted to say that he did some minor electrical jobs for us recently and went above and beyond what was expected of him. I'd recommend him if you need an electrician. [ Post made via Mobile Device ] http://sydenham.org ...

Recommendations for a childminder
Hi there. My partner and I are looking for an experienced registered childminder for our 9 month old baby. We will require care for Mondays and Tuesdays only with effect from 25 June 2012. I work close to the Memorial Hospital, Shooters Hill and, ideally, would like to find a childminder who is ...

Re: Child friendly pub?
I just wanted to say though that, as parents, we are well within our rights to have alcohol if we wish. Obviously, responsible drinking is essential, but it is possible to have a spritzer or half a lager and still be able to parent your child/ren. [ Post made via Mobile Device ] http://sydenham.org ...

Hello, Local Friend Chinese take away in lower Sydenham is now a building supplies shop and I have spied some refurbishment taking place inside what was once called Premier Foods (I think) on the corner of Hazel Grove and Sydenham Road. Re: good car boot sale anywhere near?
Hi there, I've noticed that there's a car boot sale every thursday on Southend lane, downham, a few mins by car from the big sainsburys. Haven't been myself, but always looks pretty busy each time I've driven by.
