What, with my back?

Well I was going to volunteer so I thought I'd see if I was up to the job and ended up doing my back in removing and flushing a large double radiator.
As I only attempted this to ascertain my suitability I think I'm due some sort of compensation. A crate of lager should suffice.

Is there anything illegal in someone removing the board from their property, taking it to the offending estate agent and attaching it firmly to their property with a nail gun?

Annie, I'm not angry at all and my comment about zero-tolerance is not aimed specifically at anyone. In fact I'm not disagreeing with you - I'm just wondering why this wasn't so much of an issue in the past when (in my opinion) things were just as bad.

Well the answer certainly isn't taking photos unless you're 6'4" with karate training.
6 stitches and permanent scarring after being punched in the mouth by someone with a blade between their knuckles when THEY were totally at fault is not something I'd recommend.

I'm afraid taking anybody to task for irresponsible behavior in the street is quite likely to end up that way and just further antagonise the situation. Not unusual at all - do a google image search for contrail shadow, loads of pics out there. What IS worrying is the red writing and arrows in the sky. Doomed I tells ya... doomed.
