Unfortunately, I think you would be hard pressed to find a shop in Sydenham High Street selling trinkets. You certainly can buy food, food and more food, vouchers to get your nails done, etc. But trinkets - not that I know of and would like to be corrected if I am wrong.

I noticed yesterday that the two half's entrance looks like a new gathering space for the street drinkers.

Big thank you to all St Christophers for hosting the event last night. The hospitality was, as always, exceptional and the entertainment excellent. It was a great evening.

Im sure at the Sydenham Assembly last week it was said that the official opening is in September but I could be wrong!

I used to work at Earls Court. Got train from Penge East to Victoria then District Line straight there. If you time the trains correctly your journey wont take more than half an hour.

If the restaurant that can't make up it's mind is thinking of becoming Italian, I would suggest they spy on That's Amore rather than Trattoria as personally I think the food in there is dull, bland and sloppy.
