I have been moved from band D to E

I will ask neighbours what band they are in

I haven't had an extention or anything done

I live in knighton park road.

I have received a letter saying that the council tax band for my house which was calculated in 1991 is wrong and I have been now put in a higher band.

Presumably, the value of the site is going up a lot in current property market.
Is this anything to do with Purelake inactivity ,ie, treating site as a 'landbank' ?

Went to see the carpark last night.

Have never seen anything like it. Absolutely shocking

There are some photos of it on news shopper website

Will cost thousands to clear it all up

so basically they have moved half mile down road and are about to trash another part of sydenham ?

wife just rang from penge east - no trains for 2 hours at least

I hope that just as we can respect their choosen way of life, they can respect ours and leave the car park clean and tidy as they found it when they leave
