How can we get the stairs of the footbridge between platforms 1 & 2 cleared of snow & ice? Does anyone have the contact details of the station manager? They seem to have made an attempt to clear the steps on the Platform 2 side only, which is not satisfactory. I did mention this to a staff member ...
