there is one thing bugging me over all this. lewisham want to close five librarues in total but still go ahead with the Catford Town Centre Area Action Plan. as lewisham has aready spent 11.5 million on just buying the land how many millions will it take to finish it if they have that sort of money ...

no i don't work for the daily mail what a stupid thing to say. i am more interested in to where this so called government commissioned report came from and why it just happend to be broadcast at just the right time without any mention of the fight to save the library service. unless i am msitaken ...

I have to agree that the foresthill library is not my first choice to sit and read a book. but we can't have bottom smacking in a open library, as much as i would like to kick some of these yobs myself its not allowed. if we have to put up with what lewisham thinks is progress i have a idea which ...

i think at one stage the library was a listed building. if memory serves it got removed the same time lewsham move the main entrance to the park. why they moved that entrance i will never know its a long time ago and i can't remember the full facts behind it. I don't think moving the library is ...

could we not start with collecting signatures from people that enter the library and then just before the mayor makes his mind up in november hand them in to him.
