My 18mth contract doe's not run out until June... So I suppose I have few month more, before I can walk away from this nonsense. I'm too skint to run 2 ISP's

Whats the difference between BT Broadband and Bt OpenReach?

They are digging up the road opposite the B&Q center again... this is just round the corner from the exchange..I wonder if this has any bearing on the problem...

Sorry to hear about your problems. BT are notorious about filtering traffic on their network and when it goes wrong - it can go very wrong.

My bt broadband died the day they did the upgrade 11/3/2010 at first the speed went to about 500Kbs then when complained it went up to 4mbs...but now I can only get the internet for about 10mins at a time and some web sites I can't connect to at all.

As Sydenham resident, I think the plans to close Queensthorpe Road and narrow Sydenham road and the other so called improvements will just make acess more difficult for the Police,Emergency services and residents.
