Personally, I'd be delighted if Crystal Palace FC move to CP Park. I think it'd be great for the area, and the current sports stadium looks in need of investment.

However, there is the issue of keeping a National quality athletics track in the capital.

I agree that Sydenham Road is currently in a bad state and that it does not reflect the quality of the area or the people who live nearby, and that it subsequently needs redevelopment.
