Just tried to walk down to Penge West station and discovered the police have blocked the end of Lawrie Park Road - does anyone know what's going on?

Thanks very much for the suggestions - and particular thanks to Alib for your kind offer of further help! I will try Car zone first, fingers crossed it is just the battery is old rather than anything more complicated (and expensive!).

My car won't start, and I am pretty sure the battery is completely flat. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced garage that opens on saturday and will do a call out to replace the battery for me? I found a company in North London that could do it, but they don't cover SE26. Thanks!
