I don`t find Ellie`s post very clear. What exactly does restoring "peak" services mean? Does this mean trains from East Croydon through Sydenham will be rush hour only and not throughout the day?

Perhaps someone is using an electricity generator. Maybe one of the shops. If you are able find out where the noise is coming from and the noise is unreasonable, the Council may be able to help

Penge High Street has a Costa as well as independent local cafes so fingers crossed Sydenham too will have enough customers to support both.

I have seen her every day recently and her shrieking is quite disturbing
It would appear that the people meant to he taking care of her are not doing their job properly
