Thank you for information. I love the park as well, but had doubts about the location of flats. I am now looking at top of Taymount Rise in SE23, much less for my money, but I love the position, love the art deco building, Horniman etc. Still keeping my eyes open for the Sydenham Hill area or Laurie ...
