Re: Confused over Council Planning letter
This was the jargon used when Lewisham consulted on a similar mast near us last year. Locals were consulted and the council rejected the plan. So unsure what would’ve changed to make it just a notification under this regulation. Thanks! Nothing changed in their revised plan for the mast this time a ...

Confused over Council Planning letter
Hi I wonder if anyone familiar with Bromley Council planning application process can help. :) Last Summer there was an application logged by Hutchison/EE for a 18-meter high 5G telecom mast to be built on Springfield Road (next to entrance of Sydenham Tennis Club) It got turned down after ...

Re: a 60 foot (5G?) mast is coming to Newlands Park
Thank you Stone-Penge for highlighting this proposal. I see others are also highlighting (thread about the Springfield Rd Tennis court mast). Given it is only sent to those who live very close to it, many who live within a reasonable distance would not have known and thus it may have gone through ...

Re: 18m telecom pole outside of tennis club gate!!
As with the other application Huawei kit is present in the specifications contained in the submission's Equipment Schedule. At least one of the recorded objections refers to NOT granting permission for the installation to proceed if it is to be dismantled and re-installed with non-Huawei kit some ...

Re: 18m telecom pole outside of tennis club gate!!
Don't panic! All is not lost. On 17th August, Bromley Council refused permission for another mast, this time in Newlands Park. In fact, that refusal is probably why they are coming your way. Have a look at the thread, and look at Bromley’s planning website to see what people said to convince them. ...
