I remember motor sport at Crystal Palace as if it were yesterday. Among programmes from TT races and others I have one from Crystal Palace organised by British Automobile Racing Club and supported by Holts and Adlard Cars dated July 2nd 1966. Deep joy.

I still enjoy reading all about Sydenham Annie, but its been a long time. I left in 1958 but look back with fond memories and love reading about it now, all the best, brian.

I was in the Children's Hospital in 1953 at the age of 13 with a broken leg. Most of the children were younger than me and I thought I should be in a "grown up's" hospital. But my favourite nurse was Nurse Exley, remembered with affection to this day (it might have been a schoolboy crush).

The sweet shop next to the Cobblers (Burtons) was owned and run by a blind chap in the fifties, a lovely Guy, who not only sold sweets but all manner of other "requisites".
