Fujifilm XE3 camera plus extras

Excellent condition, lightly used XE3 with 16-50 Aspherical OIS 2 lens, flash, charger, 2 batteries and thumb grip for sale. Need to sell to help fund book. £400 + shipping or pickup in Sydenham. I will miss this camera. I used my X100T mostly but the XE3 produces even better, larger files. ...

Workshop space hire

Hello I'm looking for a space in the Sydenham area, or further afield if necessary, to host a portfolio / book making workshop. I don't know if Here For Good is available as a space for hire. That would be ideal so close to Sydenham station. Nothing too expensive. I'm looking to host 8 people max ...

Gocycle ebike for sale

Gocycle GS for sale. I used it for work but shortly after getting it my employer decided to purchase some for staff. I would cover 55-60km daily with it easily. The bike is set up via an excellent smart phone app and can be configured any number of ways. It also has a throttle for motor only which ...

My wife and I were in the front row at left and the sound was excellent throughout.

Re: Chamber music concert at St Barts on 9 February

This concert was utterly splendid. Another in June I gather.

I fell in love with Sydenham all over again during this concert. How brilliant to be able to attend such an event just over the road.

More please!

Can anyone recommend an installation engineer who can remove a gas hob and install an electric hob of same dimensions?

Thank you.

external vertical pipe removal

Hello I have a vertical two storey pipe on outside wall that needs removing. It requires simply removing brackets and unslotting pipes. I can sort out disposal via Lewisham. Click for image. Quotes please. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1longZaVBD9ozQvGENuENTIwPaRmWQQzY/view?usp=sharing Paul ...

SE26 Book Finally

Hello

Since this is a section dedicated to history and images, might I take a moment of your time to mention my photographic work on Sydenham?

Here are some images from our neighbourhood that you might enjoy.

Please tell a friend.

Thanks for your time.

Re: Hello!

There are Sydenhams, that I know of, in Belfast and Sydney too. I joined this forum many months before moving here from New York City and I found it hugely beneficial. As soon as my family and I moved here in 2008 I already felt a level of familiarity which was very helpful. Perhaps our Canadian ...

Re: The Future of the Sydenham Beer Rebellion

I've not been down to Beer Rebellion yet, believe it or not. I must visit. If you need help with visuals, stills and / or video in a fundraising endeavour, I'd be delighted to help. http://www.paultreacy.com I'm still waiting to see what happens with the Greyhound which is probably an exercise in ...

Forest Hill Pools are very close by. A lot closer than Beck Spa. Good facilities too. And a good gym of course.

Re: Hedgehogs

Excellent news on the hedgehog. Thank you. My boys and I made a "hedgie home" and got some special hedgehog mix which we put inside. Our garden backs up to a wild pathway the other side of which is the large communal garden and wild space of Hall Drive so there is much potential. The boys also ...

But winter tennis can be such a joy. 3 weeks ago I played mixed doubles in not a gale but more of a whirlwind and it was great fun. The quality of tennis was awful, especially mine but it was hilarious.

Re: Vote for the best pub in Penge

The only pub I know in Penge is the Bridge house. We were turned away at about 6:50pm one time because we had two kids with us. That was annoying.

The only other time I was there was for a dads get together and it was a good evening. Had another at the Dolphin which was better, however.
