Re: Power Issues at Bell Green Retail Park
It appears the move to the front from the rear was a direct response from complaints by those on the FB page which kicked this off. Well done to them.

I recall a visit in the summer where Canada Hoose jackets should've been deployed.Rachael wrote: 5 Feb 2020 16:08 I challenged Sainsburys a few years ago about how cold the chiller aisles are in Bell Green. At the time they had the olive oil facing a chiller row and the oil was cloudy, showing how cold it was.

Re: Sockpuppets on t'other forum
I was listening earlier to Phillip Pullman talking on Adam Buxton's podcast about this kind of thing. I particularly liked the part where he said this:
Good link. Thanks.
I broadly agree with you. In posting, I always ask myself "what would my father say" if he were to read this. That tempers ...

Re: Sockpuppets on t'other forum
I was worried about CB planting sock puppets there
The whole ugly Flavabaker episode had one positive (or is it negative) outcome for me. I now have a healthy distrust of online media accounts. If I suspect a sock puppet, or a Twitter bot I am more inclined to go with my gut instinct.

Re: Sockpuppets on t'other forum
His continued use of that account and in this particular manner seems to me to be a breach of the spirit of his new position on the forum.
That account always confused me. I recall it had the ubiquitous disclaimer: my opinions are my own. In which case he can tweet away. But it also has the air ...

If you haven't found one yet try Cat Call. We've been using Jane and her team since we've moved in the SE23 area and am hooked on their services. Jane even helped out with a wee behavioural problem at no extra cost.

Re: NEW: LGBTQIA+ Book Group at Kirkdale Bookshop!
I will apologise once more for the offence that has been taken by the inclusion of what is now a genuine way to identify for people as I am well aware of its contentious history. But it is included for a reason, and that sure as Hell is not for the purpose of hate.
There should be no need to ...

Re: Sockpuppets on t'other forum
Wow. This is truly incredible news. So as many have thought there is no complaint. No investigation. I hope this can now be discussed on the dot life forum where it should be discussed. At the very least the hidden topics should be revived.

Re: Sockpuppets on t'other forum
If people want to use SE23.Life that's up to them, but they should get to read the Flava Baker thread before they make their mind up.
His perception that he can create further fabrications with impunity beyond what he confessed to with Flava Baker is coming to an end.

Rachael... he was once asked if he could access PMs. He said he could but would never do that. As technical owner he has significant access. Though I've personally not had reason to think he has.

Solid technical response starman - and those of us who once were regulars - and I had attained Trust Level 4 plus a range of awards - know that.
There is silence on the issue of why there is a rush to delete the thread.
You know that. But those following the growing number of links to this ...

Re: Sockpuppets on t'other forum
In the last few minutes a question has been put to me about why another moderator has begun a drive to delete the thread and further hide Chris's mis-demeanours. Why so ? Why move the debate to Local Politics where it further restricts who can see it. And only after Chris's road-crash revelation ...
