HI I’m selling my 18 month electric folding bike, it has 3 gears, disc brakes and is in good condition. Great fun for the commute over the hills into Town. Selling for around £500, bought for £750.

I completely agree, however living in a very small box on a busy road with obscured windows would be like living in a cell. Is that a welcome to sydenham?

Builders are still working despite it being after 1pm and the pavement is full of rubble, pedestrians can’t pass. I’ve been told this will be gone in an hour ...

Sydenham police station plans
An application has been made for the demolition and redevelopment of Sydenham police station in dartmouth road / Willow way.
Looks a very dense and dreary proposal (in my humble opinion). What's worrying is that they are proposing 33 flats in a 4 story building with no parking (apart from space for ...

Re: Is it too late for my cucumber
no takers then?
Tim I'd be interested in your vag thread, i have an allotment too. Although by no means up to your standards, i'm a face book friend of yours so have seen some of your produce, I'm a beginner and any tips are great.
Maybe we could have another thread on double entendre's........
