The TFL website is showing severe delays on the Overground. Has anyone had problems? What are the LB trains like?

I can't leave work for another half hour and I'm in NW London so will be at Canada Water or LB around 6pm. Any advice from those who have been there?

I am also looking for broadband but don't have (or need) a landline. What have people found the best mobile broadband to be? I am canceling my T-Mobile as their connection is slow and unreliable at best and unusable at worst. I am leaning towards Three at the moment...
