Lettings agents in Sydenham

Hello everyone,

I'm about to rent out my flat in Sydenham, which I've been living in since 2005. Does anyone have any recommendations for which estate agent to use? I don't really know where to start.

Hi, just looking for recommendations for letting agents. I have let my flat in Trewsbury Road privately for the last number of years, but now I think I will get a letting agent to take care of it.

Would really appreciate recommendations from anyone with direct experience of letting a flat through a local estate agent.

Same here, PropertyWorld are great. Family owned business and much better service than the chains like Acorn etc. I've been a tenant with them for a couple of years now.

Thanks everyone. Went with PropertyWorld and so far am extremely happy with them, got tenants really quickly and really have gone beyond the call of duty with sorting out snags before and after they moved in.
