Issue 17 is out.
If you are lucky, it will be delivered to your doors, if you are unlucky you can pick it up in Kirkdale, or read it online here http://tinyurl.com/4xe62mc
Enjoy!

It's a great magazine. Well written, great articles, but not as easy to get hold of as I'd like. I will seek it out.

I've just seen it http://blog.thetransmitter.co.uk/2011/0 ... s-out.html. It's very good, apart from one thing. That is who decided to rename Upper Sydenham, "Kirkdale"? I thought Kirkdale was the road that went from the station, round the corner past Cobbs Corner and up the hill to Sydenham Hill roundabout. How can you say "...Kirkdale even has it's own park, Sydenham Wells Park", when it's a good walk to the closest gate along Wells Park Road? Why not mention the proposed Youth Centre in the middle of the Council Estate and not just all the boutique shops? Kirkdale has it's own park, it's called Kirkdale Triangle and it's full of dogsh*t and tramps. Why is it necessary for Kirkdale to be separated from Sydenham? Will someone please tell me as someone who's lived here for 10 years, I'm confused where I'm living now. :?
